Diary: Escaping Equity Tower in South Jakarta

I was browsing through My photo album recently and found Myself reminiscing about an unexpectedly delightful time in South Jakarta. As someone who "accidentally" tunes into Sinetron or the Citra Drama channel more often than I'd like to admit (don’t ask why), I’ve come to realise I can actually get by socially in Bahasa.
Part of that ease may come from My Javanese roots, people often assume and expect Me to speak the language the moment I land in any Indonesian city, Bali included. Apparently, My appearance gives Me away.
This sparked a thought… what if I truly up My game? Build My vocabulary. Refine My syntax. Dominate in yet another language? After all, I am a self-proclaimed work-in-progress polyglot. The irony is not lost on Me: while My site is blocked in Indonesia, My admirers already know, VPN is a must to access Me.
Jakarta, this time, was soul-nourishing. My newest playthings were attuned to My preferences, which was incredibly gratifying. My style of Domination leans more towards an elegant domestic rhythm than overt dungeon theatrics. I felt seen when they commented on the aesthetics of My chosen play spaces: Tasteful, modern, minimalist. While Kempinski is undeniably luxurious, its interiors aren't quite My flavour.

With My playthings easing My mind, I had time and space to indulge such cafe hopping, sampling local designer gems (I truly admire the ingenuity of their creative scene), and giving in to My perennial weakness: Afternoon tea. Savoury bites, a well-curated interior… say no more.
A highlight of the trip was finally meeting the exquisite Mistress Natasha over dinner in Thamrin. I always treasure moments that connect Me deeper with not just playthings, but fellow Dommes and the wider Kink community.

And then, Jakarta reminded Me she’s a city that keeps Me on My toes, quite literally. While I was in Equity Tower, the tectonic plates decided to make their presence known.
As the building shook, a new friend turned to Me mid-evacuation and said, “Sepatunya dibuka ya?”
Yes, there was an earthquake. Magnitude 7.4 / 6.9 in Banten.
We had to evacuate. And yes, I was in heels. I scrambled barefoot down 20+ storeys, trying to avoid a twisted ankle more than anything else. Never a dull moment.
Jakarta, you always leave Me wanting more. I’ll be back... perhaps for another indulgent rawon fix.
See you soon!
